Financial Resources
A preliminary budget must be submitted at least 1 month prior to your event to the MUS VP Finance finance.mus@mail.mcgill.ca. A meeting will be scheduled with the VP Finance to discuss the preliminary budget. Updated budgets will be required at the discretion of the consultant.
After an event has taken place, committees must provide the VP Finance with a statement of actual cash flows. This statement must be approved before all check requests are reimbursed. Please follow the guidelines specified on the MUS Financial Policy.
